We’re seeking a proven Fixed Ops Director/Manager who is ready to step into a General Manager role at our Columbia campus — home to Chevrolet GMC, CDJR, and Ford, all on one property. Key Responsibilities * Lead, coach, and develop teams across Chevrolet, GMC, CDJR, and Ford. * Drive fixed absorption, service profitability, and retention while balancing sales and F&I growth. * Deliver a world-class customer and employee experience. * Align campus operations with group-wide strategy and OEM performance standards. * Foster a culture of accountability, recognition, and long-term success. What We’re Looking For * Proven success as a Fixed Ops Director/Manager or senior dealership leader. * Strong command of service, parts, warranty, and absorption metrics. * Strategic thinker with communication and team-building skills. * Tech-savvy, with comfort in CRMs, analytics, and digital retail tools. * Growth mindset and commitment to leadership excellence.
