As a Call Center Representative at Gainwell supporting the State of Nevada, you can contribute your skills as we harness the power of technology to help our clients improve the health and well-being of the members they serve a community’s most vulnerable. What we're looking for

• 2 or more years of customer service experience in any industry
• Healthcare and/or Call Center background preferred
• High Speed Internet and a quiet space to work
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams), and web browsers (Edge/Chrome)
• Medicaid/Insurance experience is a plus

What you should expect in this role

• Candidates must be available to work an 8-hour shift, from 8:00am to 5:00pm PST, Monday through Friday.
• A fast-paced environment in an ever-evolving industry.

The pay range for this position is $29,100.00 - $41,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
