We’re hiring Charity Events Assistants to support nonprofit fundraising campaigns, community outreach events, and donor engagement initiatives.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event coordination , nonprofit fundraising , and community relations —all while making a real impact.

💼 What You’ll Do:

• Assist with the planning and execution of charity events , fundraisers, and local outreach programs

• Support event logistics : setup, registration, volunteer coordination, and on-site support

• Engage with the public to raise awareness for nonprofit missions and encourage donor participation

• Help manage and distribute event materials and promotional content

• Track donor and event data, assist with follow-ups and reporting

• Collaborate with internal teams and nonprofit partners to ensure event success

• Participate in regular team trainings and development sessions

✅ Who We’re Looking For:

• Passionate about nonprofit work , community service , and social causes

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Friendly, outgoing, and confident interacting with the public

• Organized and reliable with attention to detail

• Able to multitask and work well in fast-paced event environments

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Previous event, fundraising, or volunteer experience is a plus—but not required!
