Our client is a globally active, mid-sized technology company based in Germany. It specializes in high-precision metal components and assemblies for the automotive and medical sectors. Tasks:

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for the North American region, driving sustainable growth, market share expansion, and profitability
  • Lead and scale sales across direct and indirect channels, ensuring robust operational discipline and financial performance
  • Take full P&L ownership and oversee all core functions, including sales, product management, marketing, engineering, and supply chain
  • Partner with Group leadership to set strategic direction, define policies, and align cross-functional execution
  • Inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Act as the face of the company with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders, strengthening brand and market presence
  • Anticipate market shifts, monitor competition, and translate insights into actionable growth strategies

Profile:

  • The role demands leadership, customer focus, business acumen, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Degree in engineering, business administration, or equivalent with relevant professional experience
  • Extensive sales leadership experience, ideally in technology, electrical connectivity, or industrial automation
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage personnel, budgets, and multiple business assets
  • Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills
  • Solid financial acumen with experience in interpreting metrics, budgeting, and implementing processes
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time
