We’re seeking a motivated and skilled Healthcare Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of our primary care clinic. As a key leader, you’ll drive operational excellence, support staff development, and ensure an outstanding patient experience. You’ll play a critical role in creating a positive, efficient, and welcoming environment for both patients and team members.
What You’ll Be Doing
Recruit, train, and retain top clinical and administrative staff.
Conduct performance reviews and implement development plans.
Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellence.
Operational Excellence
Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient workflows and timely patient care.
Manage staff schedules and attendance to maintain optimal coverage.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and policies.
Address patient concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
Advocate for patients to ensure their journey reflects the highest quality of care.
Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper functioning of medical equipment.
Oversee clinic environment, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and readiness.
Manage clinic financial operations including intake, banking, and cost control.
Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
Drive accountability for achieving financial and operational goals.
Support clinic growth through capacity planning and schedule optimization.
Build and maintain vendor and partner relationships to strengthen operations.
Ensure adherence to all healthcare laws, regulations, and safety protocols.
Promote a safe environment for patients and staff.
Education & Credentials
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Nursing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and safety protocols.
Experience
3–5+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, clinical operations, or medical practice management.
Proven success in staff recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and retention.
Experience overseeing daily operations, patient flow, and scheduling.
Strong financial management background (budgeting, cost control, revenue oversight).
Demonstrated track record in driving operational improvements and supporting growth initiatives.
