Job Description

Description The Storekeeper is responsible for ordering, receiving, distributing, and delivering medical and linen supplies across UCLA Health facilities in a timely and accurate manner. This role plays a critical support function for patient care units, clinics, and procedural areas, including interventional and radiology departments. Responsibilities: + Receive, stock, and distribute linen, supplies, and equipment according to department standards and inventory procedures. + Maintain inventory accuracy through physical counts, data entry, and documentation. + Fill and pack orders; deliver supplies to designated areas across the health system. + Organize, clean, and restock inventory holding rooms and supply areas. + Reconcile packing slips with purchase orders and delivered items. + Collaborate with clinical staff to understand product needs and staging preferences. + Use handheld devices or supply chain software to manage inventory and replenish PAR levels. + Recommend inventory adjustments and cost-saving initiatives based on usage trends. + Adjust PAR levels as needed to align with changing clinical demand. + Assist in setting up and modifying items within the supply management system. + Perform heavy manual tasks, including lifting items up to 50 lbs and pushing linen carts up to 400 lbs. This is an "as needed" per diem position; schedule and working hours will vary. May convert to Career. Salary Range: $25.10-25.10/hr.
