Maintenance Supervisor - Elevator Industry - Base Salary to 140k/year - Long Beach, CA

• Our client a quickly growing elevator service provider is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a high-performing team across the Long Beach area. This is a full-time, field-based leadership opportunity ideal for a hands-on professional with deep technical knowledge of elevator systems and a strong track record in team supervision and preventive maintenance.
  

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily maintenance operations across a team of Mechanics and Apprentices
  
• Oversee and enforce preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance
  
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting support and resolve technical issues efficiently
  
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and industry best practices
  
• Coordinate technician schedules and route planning to ensure timely service
  
• Mentor, coach, and develop field personnel to promote performance and retention
  
• Serve as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring service quality and responsiveness
  
• Work independently in a remote, field-based leadership role

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in elevator service and repair
  
• 5+ years in a supervisory or team lead role within the vertical transportation industry
  
• Deep technical expertise in elevator maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
  
• Proven ability to manage and schedule field service teams effectively

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 100k - 140k/year range
