H&H SPORTS PROTECTION USA We are seeking industry-experienced Independent Outside Sales Representatives to help grow and develop the state of Florida for Torc and Just1 product lines. The ideal candidate will have an existing portfolio of brands that compliment the Torc and Just1 products. **DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS POSITION UNLESS YOU ARE AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR. THIS IS A 1099, COMMISSION ONLY ROLE.** The Independent Outside Sales Rep will facilitate sales of our TORC and Just1 brands to area dealers while maintaining company objectives. TORC

Head to toe Motocross and Off-Road Brand / MXGP World Champion Sponsor / Designed in Italy Duties and Responsibilities: Visit dealers on a regular basis.
Seek out prospective customers/business opportunities with new and existing accounts.
Establish and maintain customer relationships to grow profitable sales.
Stay current on existing and emerging product and technologies within the industry.
Present and demonstrate products to potential dealers.
Develop and maintain in-store displays.
Quickly respond to dealer needs and requests.
Develop an effective and productive working relationship with Inside Sales Manager, Sales Assistants, and support team.
Maintain ethical, cooperative manufacturer relationships consistent with company image and brand goals in the marketplace.
Inform customers of all relevant company policies/procedures and initiatives. Reporting customer comments to management.
The ideal applicants should: Have 2+ years sales and account management experience.
Be well-versed in today’s powersports climate.
Be willing to travel extensively and have reliable transportation.
Have a strong desire to see our brands succeed, thereby achieving success for yourself.
Have a network of contacts and accounts to pull from within the territory.
Effectively communicate with a wide variety of personalities.
Build and maintain new relationships.
Have strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
