MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF GENERAL LABOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced Packer/Palletizer for a plastics manufacturing facility located in Ontario, CA .
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm. Overtime may be required based on production needs.
Requirements of the Packer/Palletizer associate:
1 year of recent general labor or packing experience
Must pass a drug screen and background check
Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours)
Ability to lift 35–50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift
Must have reliable transportation
Ability to read and understand English (verbal and written)
Prior experience in roles such as Packer, Palletizer, Material Handler, Production Associate, Warehouse Worker, or General Laborer is a plus

Pack plastic products according to order specifications
Palletize and shrink-wrap finished goods for shipping or storage
Manually lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
Perform visual inspections and remove any defective or damaged products
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Follow verbal and written work instructions
