Neuhaus Foot and Ankle is Middle Tennessee’s largest comprehensive podiatry group. Neuhaus Foot and Ankle provides high quality health services to our communities in need through a skilled and compassionate team. We specialize in targeting patients at risk of developing complications and intervening early to prevent more serious consequences. Neuhaus Foot and Ankle has nearly 20 clinics growing.
About the Role
This opportunity will have heavy clinical and surgical volume with the ability to generate high revenue. You will be involved in all aspects of podiatric medicine, foot/ankle surgery, orthotics, diabetics, wound care, diabetic shoes, heel pain, and all other musculoskeletal issues.
Newly graduating residents and seasoned practitioners are welcome. Those that are personable with a strong work ethic and excellent communication will be highly successful.

Full-time position (Monday–Friday, no weekend clinics)

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of foot and ankle conditions
Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures
Develop individualized care plans focused on patient outcomes
Document and maintain thorough, accurate patient records
Collaborate with medical assistants, support staff, and fellow physicians
Educate patients on their conditions and preventive care
Participate in practice growth initiatives, community outreach, and professional development
Qualifications:
Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited institution
Completion of a 3-year surgical residency (rearfoot and ankle experience preferred)
Board Qualified or Board Certified (ABPM, ABFAS)
Eligible for licensure in the state of Tennessee
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for patient-centered care and a team-first attitude
