Project Manager – Aircraft Retrofit Programs
Location: On-site at facilities as required - can be based out of Portland or Seattle

Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for aviation and a track record of delivering complex aircraft retrofit programs? We're looking for a results-driven Project Manager to lead wide-body and narrow-body aircraft modification projects from concept through completion.
In this role, you’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and oversee the successful delivery of cabin reconfigurations, IFE upgrades, and other aircraft modifications for commercial airline clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end aircraft retrofit projects (cabin interior, connectivity, seating, IFE, galleys, lavs, etc.).
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Liaise with airline customers, MROs, OEMs, and engineering teams.
Ensure compliance with FAA/EASA and airline-specific regulatory standards.
Oversee on-site installation activities and project milestones at MRO facilities.
Manage supplier performance, contract deliverables, and change requests.
Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.
Provide status updates and executive-level reporting on program progress.
Qualifications
5+ years of project management experience in aviation, aerospace, or MRO.
Proven experience managing airline retrofit or modification programs.
Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, STC processes, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
Willingness to travel to MRO sites domestically and internationally as needed.
