About the Role: THIS IS AN IN-PERSON IN OFFICE ROLE IN SAN DIEGO. (No remote or hybrid)

Key Job Functions :
The Salesforce Administrator will develop and improve system processes, reports, and tools that help effectively collect and measure performance, make data driven decisions, and manage data collection. The Salesforce Administrator will create and execute a strategy for all data collection within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.

Workshops for Warriors is currently seeking an experienced, proven and hands-on Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for WFW enrollment outcomes reporting, online career management databases, advising and maintaining success metrics and trend analysis and reporting. Position has oversight and management of all technology systems, from design to installation, initial training, rollout, data management, maintenance, dashboards with key industry reporting standards and audits.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Routinely maintain data integrity, including data entry, clean up and creation of import templates
  • Translate staff requirements into Salesforce functionality
  • Create, test and implement Salesforce requirements without interruption to users day to day activities.
  • Create and manage standard and custom objects, fields, formulas, dashboards and reports
  • Develop and maintain automation and security models
  • Coordinate and support third party app integrations with Salesforce
  • Prepare external data sources for importation including compiling. sorting and deduping prior to importation
  • Data deduplication, merging, updating, and overall data maintenance.
  • Training & Guidance of staff on the Salesforce platform
  • Prepare Enrollment, Development and Marketing Dashboards to track milestones and key data metrics.
  • Create reports and presentations to communicate impact, employer engagement and student outcomes.
  • Monitor, evaluate and coordinate the use of online tools to manage information flow and efficiencies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Work Experience:
To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily (with or without an accommodation). The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator with junior to mid-level administration experience. Certification is a plus.
  • Highly proficient with Salesforce Lightning Service Cloud Unlimited, development of custom objects
  • Experience or knowledge of creating custom reports and dashboards within Salesforce platform
  • Familiarity with analytics, database structures and CRM technologies.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent working experience and/or certifications
  • Advanced working knowledge and ability with personal computing applications specifically Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), Adobe products.

Important Notes                                                                                                                
Position Details: This is a part-time hourly (non-exempt) position (40+ hours/week).
Pay: This pay does not include any opportunity for incentive compensation and is only reflective of the base pay for this position.
The range of pay for this California-based position is $45.00 - $49.00 hourly.

Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
The employee frequently is required to stand; sit; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is regularly required to push, move, lift or otherwise bear 10-30lbs.  Applications may include but are not limited to repetitive work using a computer keyboard, mouse and headphones while sitting and/or standing at an assigned work desk area.
Work Environment: The employee works in an office/administration building in an urban industrial neighborhood. Other areas within the school are mixed use such as classrooms, welding and machining areas.
Employee may have additional environmental hazards such as: chemical, electrical, flammable, or mechanical in nature.
