Job Description

• Performs night shift duties of the front desk in a hotel
• Ensures accurate records of all financial transactions and room assignments
• Checks guests in and out during the night shift and handles billing inquiries
• Implements and enforces hotel policies and procedures
• Conducts nightly security rounds, monitoring for any safety hazards
• Maintains confidentiality and security of guest information
• Responds promptly to guest requests and complaints
• Provides general assistance and information to guests throughout their stay
• Prepares daily reports and submits them to management
• Performs other duties as assigned by the hotel management
