Kofax Senior Business Analyst

Location: Remote

Experience: 8+ years

Skills: Kofax, Workflow , Custom Modules, Business analysis

• Good Understanding, and design workflows to optimize automation using Kofax.
• Understanding of document capture technologies and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance OCR capabilities.
• Good to know other RPA technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand testing requirements.
• Create/understand Test Strategy, Test Scenario and Test Cases with Evidence and Documentations to test the Robot and UAT.

Preferred skills:

• Strong functional knowledge on Kofax Capture 11v, KTM and Kofax Font Office Server.
• Experience in Kofax Capture 11v migration from lower to higher version, identify issues and recommend solutions is plus.
• Strong understanding of workflow and automation concepts.
• Excellent communication skills and a good team player.
• Ability to understand automation of business processes using Kofax or Low code tools.
• KTA experience and knowledge is plus. Willingness to learn Kofax KTA and related technologies if required.
